JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE writ petition has been filed for a writ of certiorari for quash ing notice dated 21-7-1999 Anncuxre No. 1, issued under Section 3 of the U. P. Con trl of Goondas Act, 1970.

(2.) THE contention is that the notice in question does not disclose the general na ture of material allegations, a basic re quirement of this notice and it is lacking in the instant case. Learned A. G. A. states that he would not file any counter af fidavit.
