JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has come up with a prayer to command respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to cancel the licence of fair price shop of Respondent No. 5.

(2.) HAVING heard learned Counsel for the petitioner we are afraid that we cannot issue such a desired writ unless the petitioner makes specific prayer before the authority concerned and/or if such a prayer has been made, then the authorities are request to adjudicate that prayer first.
