GANGA RAM Vs. STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) ORDER :- I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

(2.) The occurrence is night occurrence. Three persons are said to have caused injuries by fire-arm but only one firearm injury has been found on the person of the deceased.

(3.) The accused-applicant Ganga Ram in Case Crime No. 351 of 1998 under Section 302, I.P.C., P.S. Bahedi, District Bareilly shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
