JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) THE petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 7-3-1990 passed by opposite party No. 2 by which the enquiry proceedings were initiated against the petitioner. This Court on 1-4-1994 passed an interim order staying the further proceedings in the matter.

(3.) WE have perused the material on record. There was no dispute that the enquiry against the petitioner was made by the two officers and the petitioner was exonerated and nothing was found against the petitioner as is evident from the letter dated 8th April, 1990, a ropy of which has been annexed as Annexure No. 14 to that writ petition.
