JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) There is no direct evidence available against the applicant and the case is based on circumstantial evidence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that it is a fit case to release the applicant on bail.

(3.) Let the applicant Mukhtar Khan be released on bail in Case Crime No. 104 of 1999 under Sec. 302, I.P.C., police station Mailani, district Kheri on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kheri. Petition Dismissed.
