JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Yogesh Agarwal learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 1 and Sri Umesh Sharma who has appeared on behalf of the Jail Staff Association which had filed an earlier writ petition.

(2.) THIS case pertains to one Om Prakash Srivastava alias Babloo Srivastava who is alleged to be a notorious criminal, whosemodus operandi is said to be kidnap ping, extortion and murder etc. It is alleged in the petition that Babloo Srivastava is still continuing his criminal activities from Naini Jail and he is supplied with a Cellulhr phone for this purpose.
