GOPAL Vs. VERSUS STATE OF U.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the accused-applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State. The accused-applicant is said to have fired on the spot. It is further alleged that the fire did not hit anyone.

(2.) THE accused-applicant Gopal in Case Crime No. 554/1998 under Sections 302/307, I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, Kannauj, Dis­trict Kannauj shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. Bail granted.
