JUDGEMENT

(1.) P. C. Verma, J. This petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order requiring him to retire at the age of 58 years. The petitioner has challenged that order on the ground that in the second option, he opted for retirement at the age of 60years.

(2.) THIS Court after considering the matter granted an interim order dated 22-11-1994 staying the retirement of the petitioner and allowed the petitioner to continue in service up to the age of 60 years in view of the second option. In view of the second the petitioner retired at the age of 60 years hence no grievance sur vives. The writ petition has been rendered in fructuous after retirement of the petitioner.
