JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners is aggrieved against the seniority list dated 16th March, 1989 published by the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been placed from serial Nos. 7 to 25 in the said seniority list which is illegal. It is further stated in the petition that the petitioner has made a representation against the said seniority list to the General Manager, District Co-operative Bank Ltd. Banda, In view of the fact that the General Manager, is the authority competent to look into the matter, we direct him to decide the representation dated 30-3-1989 if possible within two weeks from the date of service of certified copy of this order upon him.

(2.) With these directions, the petition is dispose of. Petition dismissed.
