(1.) DOUBTING the correctness of the decision in Writ Petition No. 3445 of 1973 Dr. Shamshuddin \. Shrimati Dr. Jaibunnlsa and others, a Division Bench of this court has referred the following questions for consideration by a full Bench:- 1. Whether the order of preference in Rule 11 is unconstitutional, being offensive to Article 14 of the Constitution ?
