JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

(2.) The facts of the case as submitted by counsel for the petitioner are that one Baldeo obtained a patta of the land in question. He thereafter acquired rights of a bhumidhar with transferable rights and on its basis executed a sale deed in favour of the petitioner on 19.05.1980.

(3.) The sale deed pertains to plot no.293/1 area 0-1-6 situated in village Chhitauna, Tappa Dakkhin Haveli, Pargana Magahar Purab, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Basti.
