JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the respondent no. 6.

(2.) The instant writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 157-A of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act and seeks a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 12.08.2011 passed by the Collector and the order dated 04.11.2015, whereby the aforesaid order of the Collector has been affirmed by the Commissioner.

(3.) The facts of the case briefly stated are that the dispute in the writ petition pertains to half share of plot no. 202 area 0.433 situated in village Jangal Belwa, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar.
