JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Amit Manohar Sahai, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Akhilesh Kalra and Sri Madan Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/review applicants on review application.

(2.) The respondent no. 1, in First Appeal No. 459 of 1995, has filed the review application seeking review of the judgement dated 13.10.2014, passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 459 of 1995.

(3.) The applicant has briefly stated the facts which have laid filing of the present review application which are as under:
