JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) All the above-referred writ petitions involve similar controversy, therefore treating the Writ Petition No.2247 (MS) of 1991 titled 'Santoshi v. Vith Addl. Distt. Judge, Sultanpur and others' as leading writ petition, the writ petitions are decided by means of a common judgment.

(3.) The issue involved in the bunch of writ petitions is that the order passed by the trial court as well as by the revisional court on the issue of payment of court-fee is valid, or not.
