JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, holding brief of Shri.Mohd. Naushad Siddiqui on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:

(3.) That the grand father of the petitioner namely Dwarika Prasad died on 17.11.2002 while in service. Petitioner's father had earlier died on 22.2.1998. Under these circumstances, the petitioner applied for services under the Dying-in-Harness Rules on 16.1.2003 being the grand son. However, when his application was not considered, the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing Writ Petition No.56917 of 2005 which was disposed of vide order dated 23.8.2005 with the following observations:
