JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

(2.) This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant-accused, Kiran Rawat, who is involved in Case Crime No. 822/2018 under section 302 I.P.C., P.S.-Gosaiganj, District-Lucknow.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that sole allegation in the F.I.R. against the applicant is that she had provoked her husband and due to said provocation, her husband struck the victim with a "Danda" on his head. Due to said injury, the victim died. He further submits that the applicant has not caused any death and at the best, it is a case of provocation and a false F.I.R. has been lodged against the applicant and the applicant is innocent and her name has been falsely put in the F.I.R.
