JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Anurag Shukla and learned Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents. Sri Yogendra Nath Yadav has also been heard on behalf of the Land Management Committee concerned.

(2.) Since common questions of law and facts are involved in all these writ petitions, with the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the same are being decided by the common judgment and order, which follows:

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the facts narrated by the petitioner in Writ Petition No.6946 (Consolidation) of 2019 are being extracted in this judgment and the said writ petition shall be treated to be the leading writ petition.
