JUDGEMENT

(1.) Short counter affidavit sworn on behalf of informant Smt. Bunda, injured Dashrath and Smt. Asha Devi is taken on record. Shri Om Prakash Yadav, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama in the Court today on behalf of opposite party nos.2,3 and 4 which is also taken on record.

(2.) This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C . has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of S.T. No.91 of 2019 (State Vs. Smt. Parwati and others) arising out of Case Crime No.367 of 2018, u/s 147, 148, 149, 308, 325, 324, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C ., P.S. Babeena, District- Jhansi pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Jhansi.

(3.) Heard applicants' counsel, learned counsel for opposite party nos.2,3 and 4 and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
