JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The said suit has been filed against four defendants on 8.4.2016 when the trial court had refused to grant ex-parte injunction noticing that the presence of the defendants was necessary.

(3.) The order sheet further records that the notices were sought to be issued through registered post and on 12.4.2016, the plaintiff had taken steps for service through registered post. However, without recording satisfaction as to whether the notices were served property through registry, the trial court had proceeded to allow application 18Ga filed by the plaintiff for service through publication and has proceeded to record satisfaction regarding service of summons through publication.
