JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Sri Akhilesh Singh for the petitioner; and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A., for the State-respondents. This habeas corpus petition was filed for production of corpus-Anuradha and to set her free.

(2.) The allegations in the petition were that the corpus-Anuradha was illegally detained and ill-treated by the police, as a consequence whereof she fell ill and had to be admitted in a hospital.

(3.) On 04.07.2019, the Court directed for production of the corpus on 15.07.2019. On 15.07.2019, after considering the submissions, the Court passed a detailed order, which is extracted below:-
