JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Pramod Jain, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Prateek Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) This second appeal has been filed challenging the judgement and decree dated 18.5.2019, passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.12, Meerut in Civil Appeal No. 20 of 2014 ( Gopal Sharma Vs. Smt. Krishna Devi and others).
