JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Suresh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) Learned A.G.A. files counter affidavit. The same is taken on record.

(3.) The F.I.R. was lodged by one Neelu Devi, daughter of Vijay Bahadur Bhartiya alleging therein that on 2.7.2018 her mother Usha Devi and father Vijay Bahadur Bhartiya were sleeping on the verandah on a Charpai (Cot). In the midnight at about 12 O'clock one Rakesh Kumar and Dinesh Kumar sons of late Rajendra Prasad came to the house alongwith their associates with knives in their hand and committed murder of her parents.
