JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Asit Kumar Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Chandra Shekhar Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 22.09.2015, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow (in short "Tribunal") in Original Application (in short "OA") No. 332/00385/2015 [Ankit Sharma and others v. Union of India and others].

(3.) The OA was preferred by the applicants-petitioners under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 with the following main reliefs:-
