JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

(2.) In pursuance to the order dated 29.08.2019, affidavit of compliance filed today in Court is taken on record. Along with the affidavit of compliance has been filed the order dated 07.09.2019, a copy of which is Annexure CA-2, in pursuance to which it is contended that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Constable.

(3.) The matter in issue has been summed up by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2019, which, for the sake of convenience, is reproduced as under:-
