JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Anubhav Awasthi, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Isha Mittal, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 6, Sri Manish Kumar, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

(2.) Learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that after passing of the order in the writ petition, a review application was filed, which was decided by the Division Bench by passing a detailed order on 24.04.2019. Relevant portion of the order reads as under:

(3.) For the aforesaid reason, the process for payment of amount was stopped. The fact as to whether the proper compensation was determined towards the trees, dwelling houses and sheds cannot be taken up by this Court as the jurisdiction for it lies with the district court on a reference under Section 18 of the Act of 1894 and in fact it has not even been determined by this Court.
