JUDGEMENT

The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C . has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 12.11.2018 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 98 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 215 of 2017, under sections 354 , 354B , 323 , 504 , 506 IPC and Section 3 (1) (da) (dha), 3 (2) (5) (ka) SC/ ST Act , P.S. Mavana, District Meerut, pending before the court of Special Judge (SC/ ST Act ), Meerut.
