JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.12.2018 on the ground that by means of this order, the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Saharanpur has reviewed his earlier order.

(3.) It has also been contended that the order dated 06.10.2017 had been passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation after hearing the D.G.C.(Revenue) and on the basis of his consent therefore, also it could not have been modified/ reviewed.
