JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Avnish Pratap Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Uday Bhan Singh, learned Counsel for appellant and Mr. Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel for respondent.

(2.) With the consent of learned counsel for parties, we proceed to decide this appeal finally.

(3.) Plaintiff-respondent Shadab Ali Khan filed petition No. 626 of 2017, seeking declaration that plaintiff has divorced defendant-appellant on 21.3.2017 and aforesaid divorce be declared valid under Muslim Law.
