JUDGEMENT

(1.) Following orders were passed in the matter on 26.8.2019:-

(2.) Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which order of transfer has already been recalled.

(3.) In view of the stand taken by the respondents, no grievance survives. Petitioner shall be allowed to continue and would also be entitled to salary. It shall, however, be open for the competent authority to proceed, in accordance with law.
