JUDGEMENT

(1.) Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 is taken on record.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he does not intend to file any rejoinder affidavit thereto as only a short question is involved in the present petition.

(3.) Under challenge is the suspension order dated 16.07.2019, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-1 to the petition, by which the petitioner, an Assistant Engineer has been placed under suspension. The ground indicated in the suspension order is that in an electrical accident which occurred on 15.07.2019 the petitioner has been found responsible as he did not conduct the inspection of the feeder as per standards prescribed.
