JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

(2.) This petition has been filed with the prayer to issue direction to the opposite party no.1 i.e. Tehsildar (J), Tehsil Utraula, District Balrampur to decide the pending Case No. 545 of 2018 under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 expeditiously within stipulated time.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that case no. 545 of 2018 under section 122(B) of U.P. Z.A. & L. R. Act (under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006), which have not yet been decided and general dates are given without assigning any reason. It has also been submitted that ends of justice would be met if necessary direction is issued to the opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within stipulated time, to which, learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
