(3.) This appeal has been filed against judgement and award dated 13.10.2011 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No. 18, Meerut in M.A.C.P no. 424 of 2010 (Smt. Sushma Vs. Harpal Singh and another) by which the claimant has been awarded compensation of Rs. 2,60,500/- with 6% interest from the date of filing of the petition.
