(2.) The present bail-application on behalf of accused applicant, Manish, involved in Case Crime No.297 of 2019, registered under Section 363, 366 and 507 I.P.C. read with 7/8 POCSO Act in P.S. Sareni, District Raibareli is moved by learned counsel Sri Dhirendra Singh, Advocate.
