JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.

(2.) Record reveals that bail of juvenile-revisionist involved in Case Crime No. 131 of 2017, under Sections 302 IPC and 3(2)(V) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Maheshganj, District Pratapgarh has been rejected by Juvenile Justice Board, Pratapgarh vide judgement and order dated 03.07.2018.

(3.) Appeal there-against has also been dismissed vide judgement and order dated 25.07.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Pratapgarh in Criminal Appeal No. 58 of 2018.
