(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anil Kumar Aditya for the respondent no.3.

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of ceritorari for quashing the order dated 18.04.2018, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation allowing a revision filed by the respondent no.3 and the order dated 02.11.2018, whereby the restoration application filed by the petitioner has been rejected by the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
(3.) With the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of finally at the admission stage itslf. More so, because respondent nos.4 and 5 appear to be formal parties, inasmuch as their chaks were not effected by the order dated 18.04.2018.
