JUDGEMENT

(1.) Following orders were passed in the matter on 26.8.2019:-

(2.) Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which a chargesheet has already been served to the petitioner on 17.10.2018. Copy of the instructions have been furnished to counsel for the petitioner today in Court.

(3.) Sri S.K. Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that in case a short opportunity is granted, the disciplinary authority shall ensure expeditious conclusion of the enquiry itself.
