JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Angresj Nath Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Varun Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and perused the record.

(2.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent Nos. 5 on the basis of some incorrect and fabricated certificate has got appointment in the I.T.I. Ltd. Mankapur Unit, District - Gonda, in this regard the petitioner sought an information under Right to Information Act and after getting the information, he submitted a representation before respondent Nos. 2 and 3 that the petitioner has obtained the employment in the I.T.I. Ltd. Mankapur Unit, District - Gonda, however, no heed has been paid in the matter in issue by the said authority, so for redressal of grievances, petitioner approach this Court by filing present writ petition with the following main relief:-

(3.) He further submits that respondent No. 5 has got appointment on the basis of false document, so in view of the said facts and keeping in view of the principle of natural justice, the concerned respondent may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner.
