This First Appeal From Order has been filed under section 39 of Indian Arbitration Act, 1940 (hereinafter referred to 'Act, 1940') by the appellant, being aggrieved by order dated 1.12.1995 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division ), Bulandshahar in Original Suits No. 602 of 1994 and 665 of 1994.
