(1.) Heard Shri S.C. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
(2.) The writ petition arises out of an application under Rule 115-P of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules and seeks quashing of the order dated 23.04.2005 passed by the Additional Collector (Administration), Mathura dismissing the application as not maintainable as also the order dated 18.03.2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, whereby the consequential revision has been dismissed.
(3.) The application under Rule 115-P of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules was filed by the father of the petitioners stating that plot no. 592 area .42 decimal belonged to him. During consolidation operations, part of it was made a chak road and an area of .26 decimal was reserved for extension of abadi. This area was renumbered as 161. The applicant claimed to be in possession of adjacent plot no. 162 which contained his abadi.
