JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is barred by limitation from 173 days. An application is filed to have condonation of the same.

(2.) Having considered the facts stated in the application, annexed affidavit and also looking to the nature of case, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay.

(3.) Accordingly, the application bearing No.78712 of 2019 is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
