JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Hitesh Pachori, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ravi Prakash Srivastava for the informant and the learned A.G.A.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 21.8.2019, registered as Case Crime No.519/2019, under section 366 IPC, P.S. Jagdishpura, Agra.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a joint petition, as per FIR itself, petitioner no.2 is reported to be around 22 years, she entered into a matrimonial alliance with petitioner no.1 (aged about 24 years) on 25.2.2019, are living together as a legally wedded couple, the impugned FIR is liable to be quashed as no offences are made out.
