JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) The instant writ petition arises out of an objection under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act filed by the respondents and seeks quashing of the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 30.01.1987.

(3.) The dispute in the writ petition pertains to land of Khata No. 94 and 95 of Village Kansemari, Pargana and District Banda. In the basic year record Khata No. 94 was recorded in the name of Rajauwa and Hira Lal while Khata No. 95 was recorded in the name of Rajauwa alone.
