JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 15.12.1989 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Unnao, i.e., respondent No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as, 'D.D.C.') in Revision No. 1575/675 registered under Section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as, 'Act, 1953'), whereby the D.D.C. had allotted a chak to respondent No. 2 on Plot No. 480.
