JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the last occasion dated 30.7.2019 following order was passed:-

(2.) Learned Standing Counsel states that no one has contacted. The sole respondent is Collector, Varanasi.

(3.) Heard Sri Brij Raj, learned counsel for the appellant. He submits that the controversy involved in the present appeal arising out of the same acquisition proceedings has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 1.11.2012 passed in First Appeal No. 294 of 1990 ( Pancham Lal vs. Collector ).
