The present bail application has been filed by the applicant-Dharmendra Singh with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 1175 of 2018, under Sections 276 (2) (F), 376 (AB), 377 I.P.C. and Sections 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial.
