JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri Suneel Kumar Mishra, Advocate has filed his power today along with short counter affidavit on behalf of informant-opposite party no.2 which is taken on record.

(2.) This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings as well as order of framing charge dated 03.04.2018 in Case No.2764 of 2012 (State vs. Jagdish and others), arising out of Case Crime No.C-18 of 1998, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., P.S.- Badagaon, District-Varanasi, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Varanasi.

(3.) Heard applicants' counsel, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
