(2.) Learned counsel for the private-respondent is not present nor any request for adjournment on his behalf has been made.

(3.) By means of this petition the petitioner has assailed the order dated 27.5.2014 issued in favour of private respondent i.e. opposite party no. 4 appointing him on the post of Ship Modelling Instructor in the office of opposite party no. 3 ignoring the bonafide claim of the petitioner despite the petitioner having been higher in the merit.
