JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State in Court today is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Mr. Kavindra Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Sheetala Prasad Chaudhary, learned counsel for the State as well as perused the material on record.

(3.) The present bail application has been filed by the applicants-Munesh and Ankur with a prayer to enlarge them on bail in Case Crime No. 147 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 307, 323 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Babugarh, District-Hapur, during the pendency of the trial.
