JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

(2.) The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for disobedience of the order dated 1.9.2017 passed in Application U/S 482 No.28184 of 2017 filed by the applicant, wherein the Court directed as under:-

When the aforesaid order was not complied with, the applicant again approached this Court by preferring Contempt Application (Civil) No.5359 of 2018 filed by the applicant and the Court vide order dated 14.11.2018 had proceeded to consign the contempt application to record with following observations:-
