JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Virendra Prakash Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ved Prakash Mishra, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the State.

(2.) This is a petition filed by the petitioner claiming the following material reliefs:-

The relief claimed is, in substance, to protect possession of the petitioner's land from intrusion and encroachment over his property located in Khata No. 269 ad-measuring 0.2600 by private persons, whose names too have not been disclosed in the writ petition. Their names, however, figure in the application made to the Collector, moved to the Tehsil Divas Prabhari, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. A similar application has also been made to the Collector on 11.09.2018. Still, another application has been made to the S.D.M., Khalilabad on 25.09.2018.
